HI all. It's been awhile.

We had a busy month of activities in Sarasota. Over the holidays, our family joined us for a week on Anna Maria Island. We rented a house near the beach and enjoyed the sun and water. We also took a few day trips to the Mote Aquarium, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and had a little cruise on the boat. A good portion of my extended family joined us and it was one of the best holidays ever.

Kevin and I also got to go out for a few trips with my sister Betsy and her husband Bill. We went to Mayakka State Park, took a day trip on the boat, and Betsy and I swam with the Manatees.

To wrap the month up, my friends Mary Beth and Kathleen visited and we had 3 days of private single sculling lessons on Little Sarasota Bay.
