Today started of cloudy and cool but by the time we got to Kingston, we needed to change into shorts because of the sun. We passed by a few small towns and had a view of the Catskills along the way. When we got to Kingston, they were having an Italian festival. Our marina was across the river from Kingston, so we biked up a BIG hill and across the bridge to the town. The festival was mainly a lot of Italian food and we got some great cannoli, some Italian ices and some ziti and meat balls. We also visited the local Maritime museum, which had some nice exhibits about the life on the Hudson and the New York Canal System.

When we went back to the marina, they were having a "customer appreciation party" and we were entertained by lots of boaters our age singing along to oldie but goodie songs.
