Our Wednesday started off with a nice long bike ride, going to a couple of hardware stores to find a wrench for the installation of a new cable for the engine synchronizers. We had success at the 2nd store and were on our way back to the boat when I decided to fly off of my bicycle and make a hard landing. Luckily it was in a grassy area but my hip didn't take kindly to the landing. After 4 hours in the ER and x-rays that ruled out a hip fracture, I escaped to my sister's home to recuperate. It's been 3 days now and my hip gets better everyday. I'm almost back to normal. Yea!

My sister Amy, niece Rosemary, and nephew Ross were great hosts for the holiday. We had a terrific Thanksgiving. Friday was a final recuperation day for me and we were off in the morning to head to GA.
